Public updates and announcements about ISRCAnalytics.
Quick update: we've upgraded the Catalogue Health section to automatically check every release in your catalogue for availability across 16 major platforms, every single day. This gives you an at-a-glance view of where your music is live, missing, or taken down. Such that you can respond immediately to platform removals, silent delistings, or distributor issues. I battle tested this feature on my own label last year and has already paid for itself by flagging unexpected Apple Music takedowns the same day they happened, allowing for fast resolution before long-term revenue loss. Catalogue health monitoring like this is critical once you operate at scale, and it's not something I've seen implemented properly in existing analytics tools.
Hey guys, this one is more for the artists & label owners amongst us. As you know, when you build up a large catalogue of music and distribute amongst multiple artist names, it becomes quite a chore to track your streams & see what's going on in your music business. Spotify for Artists is fine when you've got one artist, but once you're spread across multiple distributors and multiple names, you just can't see your full numbers anymore. I always wanted something where I could track see my total catalogue streams, track my playlist's growth & see my distribution health. Websites that got close to solving this where ones like Chartmetric, Viberate, etc. They let you track a single tracks streams. But they've also made it impossible to see something like 500 track's streams together and see whole catalogue data. On top of that, you would have to pay some dumbass price like $150 a month. I remember spending this for months as I would grow my playlists & track my artists, thinking WTF how do you not even let me track more than 10 songs?! I ended up building the perfect version of my dream tool. I have been using it for like half a year tracking my catalogue and just running it locally. Then like a month ago I thought I definitely can't be the only one with this pain who needs this tool... so I decided to make a public version that is dramatically more affordable than what the market currently offers. Here it is if you want to check it out: https://isrcanalytics.com/ I use it daily, and I swear it has directly helped me increase my overall streams because of it. The playlist tracking feature alone is essential when your run ads or are looking to grow your playlists. This is a long-term project for me, so any feedback or ideas are very appreciated. Happy to answer questions too.
My journey from running a 10k MRR record label to creating a data analytics SaaS So, I've been running my label for the last 5 years, and over this time I've ended up with this massive catalogue of artists, tracks, and distributor accounts. Once you're spread across multiple distributors and multiple artist names, it becomes impossible to actually see your total streams or track what's going on. Spotify for Artists is fine when you've got one artist, but once you've got a hundred artists and dozens of distributors, it's basically impossible to still get the full picture. And the current companies that should fix this (Chartmetric, Viberate, etc) either can't track your catalogue properly or start charging £300+ a month just to monitor basic data points. It's ridiculous. I have always wished for a tool which gives me a centralised view of my business. I wanted a one stop shop where I could track my earnings, my playlists, my distribution health, and useful data so that I could make intelligent business decisions with data to back it up! Nothing existed, so I built my own internal dashboard for my label, just to make my life easier. And honestly? It completely transformed how I manage my business. Total QOL upgrade. I use it every day and managed to measurably increase my streams with its help. I also save hundreds a month that I used to spend with Chartmetric. Recently I thought, "surely I'm not the only person who needs this?" so I polished it up and made it public! If you want to check it out, go to isrcanalytics dot com. I also made it cheap as chips, cause fuck everyone else's eye-watering prices 😭 This is going to be a long term project for me, so I would be insanely grateful for any & all feedback!
Guys remember that tracking tool I was telling yall about? It's exactly what I use to track my streams across the dozens of artists and distributors I use. It's SUPER useful in keeping an eye on things in a pinch, and I've finally just finished building it for others to use 🎉 I would be insanely grateful if you guys could check it out, and tell me your thoughts! isrcanalytics.com
